ADULT THERAPY IN FLAGSTAFF · IN PERSON & TELEHEALTH

You can understand the pattern and still be unable to change it.

Focused therapy for capable, responsible adults who keep managing the same problem without resolving what drives it.

When a life that looks good from the outside does not feel good from the inside.

You’re experiencing:

WHAT THE WORK INCLUDES

Direct work aimed at the pattern beneath the latest problem.

A clear target

We start by getting clear about what you want to be different. From there, we define meaningful goals and use them to keep the work focused, purposeful, and moving forward.

Insight, emotion, and action

We look closely at the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping what is happening, then use that understanding to make different choices and create change outside the therapy room. When additional clarity is needed, psychological or therapeutic assessment can help us better understand complex or overlapping concerns and guide the work forward.

The right clinician and approach for you

The right fit matters. We consider both the relationship with your clinician and the approaches that best fit your needs, creating therapy that is individualized rather than formulaic.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about fit and logistics.

Is this supportive therapy?

Support matters, but the work is not designed to stop at reassurance or insight. It targets the patterns keeping the problem in place.

Do I need a diagnosis to begin?

No. We’ll start with what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want to change.

Can I use out-of-network benefits?

The practice is direct-pay, keeping insurance companies and other third parties outside of the therapeutic relationship. This allows treatment decisions to remain between you and your clinician, with greater privacy and flexibility.

Contact your insurer to ask whether your plan reimburses out-of-network psychological services.

Are appointments available?

Yes. Currently accepting new patients. We’ll discuss scheduling when you contact us.

You’ve managed this long enough.

There’s a difference between coping well and actually changing — and you already know which one you’ve been doing.
